Join Katie and Natalie for a morning in nature! We will start the day off with a gentle yoga class led by Natalie, followed by a hike through the Sourland Mountain Preserve. We will take a lunch break on the boulders where you will have some photo ops and an optional meditation. After lunch, we'll hike back down and close out the day with a sound bath savasana led by Katie.
Please wear appropriate clothing/footwear, bring your mat, bug spray, water, and a lunch.
