Allow yourself to rest and rejuvenate! Join me for a yoga nidra guided meditation, or yogic sleep. One half hour of yoga nidra practice is said to be the equivalent of two hours deep sleep. This practice is accessible to everyone, all you need is yourself and a quiet, comfortable space! When practicing, you'll be focused on the present, allowing your inner wisdom to emerge and your stress to melt away. You'll resurface feeling refreshed and well rested.
