Join us for a cozy day of yin yoga, living-room vinyasa, meditation, and discussion. We will be holding various sessions throughout the day on topics related to coping with seasonal depression, winter blues, and gearing down from the holiday hustle. Take this time to reflect on the comfort of non-perfection and letting go of the things we can not control.
