Slow flow is a mixed level class deigned for students with some yoga experience. A Slow Flow class offers a nurturing tone and slower pace in the fluid style of vinyasa yoga.

Weekend Wind Down

Gentle movement and meditation to end your week. Since weekends are busy in the summertime, I am offering this class on Thursday evenings until September. I look forward to practicing with you!

Suggested props: Yoga mat and 2 pillows, 2 blankets or towels

I am holding this class on a love offering basis. Please come and pay what your heart leads you to pay. If that is zero then that is fine! Yoga Nidra

Allow yourself to rest and rejuvenate! Join me for a yoga nidra guided meditation, or yogic sleep. One half hour of yoga nidra practice is said to be the equivalent of two hours deep sleep. This practice is accessible to everyone, all you need is yourself and a quiet, comfortable space! When practicing, you'll be focused on the present, allowing your inner wisdom to emerge and your stress to melt away. You'll resurface feeling refreshed and well rested.

Stay "Yinside" Online Winter Retreat

Join us for a cozy day of yin yoga, living-room vinyasa, meditation, and discussion. We will be holding various sessions throughout the day on topics related to coping with seasonal depression, winter blues, and gearing down from the holiday hustle. Take this time to reflect on the comfort of non-perfection and letting go of the things we can not control.

A slower take on vinyasa, this class is designed to build strength and flexibility in a flow style sequence, slowed down to find presence and mindfulness. During class we focus on the breath and building heat from within the body by holding poses a little longer. This class is appropriate for all levels, variations always offered. Props encouraged.
